Team Collaboration

When you invite team members to a project, they will have access to project data based on their assigned role (Admin, Coordinator, Department Head, Crew, Cast, or Viewer).

We use third-party services to help operate our platform. These providers only have access to your information as necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to maintain its confidentiality. Our key service providers include:

• Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication
• Mux — Video hosting and playback

Legal Requirements

Production data associated with shared projects may be retained as long as other project members maintain active accounts, though your personal information will be disassociated from it.
